At The UGG Shop, we want you to love your new footwear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all products remain in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your unworn UGG products back into their original shoe box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer or box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local postal carrier or drop it at a designated collection point, keeping your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
